The past few weeks I have been busy developing concepts and trying to arrange shoots (three specific ones, when shot they will appear on this blog of course). Both activities offer a lot of opportunities for me to get better at the entrepreneurial-side of being a photographer which is kind of exciting but they also use up a lot of energy. To not get completely drained and with the advice from the Fotoacademie, to work more intuitively and stay close to myself, in mind I shot a small series of photographs in the rain while walking around my hometown for a couple of hours taking in some fresh air. To have a starting point and some feeling in my gut I imagined a lost love and the coldness that would leave around my heart, while photographing. (This has nothing to do with my actual life.)
Other news: I found out I sold my second fineart print today, from the Secret garden series. Needless to say, the below three photographs will be available as limited editions of 5 + 1 AP as well.
